Serene Lake Cavanaugh Retreat

Escape to Lake Cavanaugh and enjoy your own private half-acre waterfront property with 100 feet of west-facing shoreline, a sandy beach, large private dock, and plenty of space to relax and play.

The home is designed for groups and families, with four private bedrooms for adults plus a bunk room for kids. Gather in the spacious kitchen with island seating for 8, enjoy meals together at the dining table seating 10-12, or unwind in the TV room or by the wood-burning fireplace.

Outside, there's something for everyone. Spend the day swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing on the dock. Challenge your group to a game of pickleball or basketball, lounge in the hammocks, or let the kids enjoy the teeter-totter. In summer, a floating "fun island" adds even more space for swimming and playing on the lake.

The large, covered deck provides a comfortable outdoor living space with a sectional sofa, a BBQ and Blackstone griddle, making it easy to spend time together outside regardless of the weather. An outdoor shower is also available for convenient cleanup after a day at the lake.

Optional Guest Cottage, available April through October:

Need a little more space? Add the detached guest cottage for $125 per night. The cottage includes a private queen bed and half bath and can accommodate up to 2 additional guests, making it a great option for grandparents, another couple, or guests who would appreciate their own private space.

Whether you're looking for an active lake weekend, a relaxing family getaway, or a place to gather with friends, this private Lake Cavanaugh property offers plenty of room to make the most of your time together.
